Elizabeth Kilbourne
Elizabeth is an engineer from Michigan State University turned entrepreneur and career coach. She has 20 plus years of experience developing manufacturing solutions and more importantly developing people. In 2008, she opened her consulting business to combine her linear mindset and ability to craft a strategic career path with her love of writing and her passion to help people. When she is not working, you can find her in the Chicago suburbs living with her extroverted partner, her artistic teenage daughter, and Blue the rescue puppy.
Candace Fehrenbacher
Candace has a background in HR working in both start-up and Fortune 500 companies. She brings experience in business management, diversity and inclusion, and industrial organizational psychology. She currently lives in Oakland, California with her husband and five children and enjoys spending time in nature and being active.
